We made it to one of the Naperville libraries this morning for story time. Both RJ and Averly were excellent and thrilled to see other kids!!!

It was very windy out by the golf course. RJ hated every minute of this photo shoot. Averly...she just stuck her tongue out to catch the snow flakes!

This is the back side of the apartment. We're on this side on the third floor! The stairs are a challenge any given day!

Don't worry they both had gloves on right after this shot. We walked to the rental office to drop off our walk-through sheet. There is a lot within walking distance to our apartment.

Averly's 1 year stats...

RJ and I took Averly to the doctor's office today for her first year wellness exam... She weighed 23.12 lbs = 86% among other little girls her age... she is 30" long = 78%... and her head cir. is 46.5cm = 86%... she's growing up so fast!

I also want to say that I am thinking about Grandma Lodge today! She left us one year ago and we miss her terribly!!!

We saw lots and lots of snow in Michigan over Christmas

Christmas 2009 was spent in Michigan with ALL of the Russells...

It was a lot of fun (and crazy at times) to have all of the cousins together for Christmas this year!!! There were also tons of presents to open - Grandma and Grandpa Russell were very very very generous! We had a wonderful time in Michigan!!!
